Konan University - Hirao School of Management
Konan University is a university at the foot of Mount Rokkō in Kobe, Japan. Konan is private university and was founded in 1951. The university traces its origin to 1918 when Konan Gaku-en Middle School was founded in Okamoto, Kobe, Japan. Hachisaburō Hirao, the founder and a former minister of Education, based the formation of the school on the ideals of character building, physical fitness, and respect for the individual. Konan University offers a variety of programs to students, as well as international exchange.
The Hirao School of Management focuses on the study of economics and organizational management. The School works to strengthen the ability of students to learn independently and in cooperation with others thus equipping students with perseverance and fortitude.
