In a university with a lot of activities, I have many opportunities to meet new students and people from all over the world to exchange culture and hobbies. At a weekend party, I met a passionate Thai friend who was also studying at Berkeley. Surprisingly, we found we have many common hobbies, so we had dinner together every week to discuss various issues. This is also my first international friend.

Sometimes it’s a different experience to go out and hangout with the classmates who drive. It’s a different experience to see California’s coastline and its unique geographical environment. The geographical environment here is very different from my home country. I am very shocked by the diversity of the world.

In the end, too many novelties have taught me many new cultures and different university courses. I am very grateful for everything I have experienced here. It makes me better.
