This July, we’re upgrading our systems to better support you. As part of this, we're launching a brand-new account experience to replace your current SAF Student Portal.

To prepare for the transition, the current student portal will be temporarily offline starting on June 30th (08:30 Chicago / 21:30 China / 22:30 Japan / 22:30 Korea) and back online on the morning of July 7th.

We’ve put together this page to serve as your go-to resource during the transition. You may have already received emails from us with detailed information about the transition, so you can always refer back to those as well.

What'll Change on July 7

Starting July 7th, you'll find everything in the new Student Portal. You’ll be able to:

  • View invoices, make payments, and see payment history
  • Complete tasks, forms, and application materials

What's Staying the Same:

  • Student Records: All your submitted student data will be carried over automatically (individual forms that have not been submitted yet will not carry over and you'll need to restart those in the new portal after July 7th)
  • Application Requirements
  • SAF Contact Information
  • Emergency Health & Safety Support: Always available

Actions Required: Know & Do by June 29

1. Complete Any Time-Sensitive Tasks

If you need to access documents, review invoices, or take care of anything in your portal, do it before the portal goes offline on June 30th. You'll have full access again starting July 7th.

2. Update Your Safe Sender List

We're updating our email domain, which means some of our emails may land in your spam starting July 6. These are incoming addresses only — you'll still reach us at the same addresses you've been using. Add your local country office's email to your safe sender list so you don't miss anything important.

Not sure how? Search "add safe sender" + your email provider's name for quick instructions.

3. Pay Any Outstanding Balance

We recommend paying outstanding balances before the portaltemporarily goes offline. If you’re not
able to make a payment before then, don’t worry! You’ll be able to do so once the new Student Portalreopens.
