Orientation
Prior to departure, all SAF students will receive reading materials that describe many of the cultural and educational differences students will encounter abroad. This information is supplemented by group predeparture orientations in Seoul, Taipei, and Tokyo (and other cities as appropriate).
The SAF predeparture orientation will allow participants to explore in greater detail the cultural nuances of the host country and become familiar with SAF’s participant policies and procedures. Participation in a SAF predeparture orientation is mandatory.
