 Chichester and Bognor Regis, England

Brimming with arts and culture and steeped in two thousand years of history, the cathedral city of Chichester is situated between two areas of outstanding natural beauty - the gorgeous rolling hills of the South Downs and the seclusion and tranquility of Chichester Harbor.  Chichester city is famous for its cathedral, its Roman remains and award winning theatres including the internationally renowned Chichester Festival Theatre.

Chichester Harbour and the adjacent coast that is famous for its glorious stretches of beaches are considered one of the south coast's finest recreational areas.  It is a mecca for sailing and water sport enthusiasts and provides important wetlands habitat for wildlife. 

Bognor Regis is a traditional English seaside resort and is often described as the sunniest place in England.  The Bognor Pier is one of the oldest in Britain. It was originally 305 metres (1,000 ft) long, but has been slowly shrinking! The pavilion end sank in 1965, and a 20 metre mid section was swept away in a raging storm in 1999.
